Terms of Engagement

The following parameters govern your operational relationship with BseenBfound, a proprietary visibility framework engineered and deployed by PDQ Digital Services, LLC.

1. The Exclusivity Allocation Guardrail

Our program enforces a strict market-protection threshold. We limit acceptance to a maximum of **two providers per vertical within a targeted zip-code radius**. Placements are evaluated on a rigid first-come, first-authenticated timeline. Submissions received after local slot saturation will be seamlessly shifted to our secondary priority waitlist.

2. Service Boundaries & API Dependability

BseenBfound provides structural optimization, category indexing, and review collection loop systems. Because map visibility relies directly on third-party platform algorithms (such as the Google Business Profile infrastructure), PDQ Digital Services, LLC cannot control, predict, or guarantee specific positional shifts inside localized finder rankings.

3. Physical Review Asset Deployment

Clients participating in our beta tracking cohorts are issued custom physical feedback interfaces (QR Review Generation Cards). These tools are designed to streamline direct access to your profile interface layer. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain compliant, ethical request patterns that align seamlessly with third-party service policies.

4. Termination of Agreement

Either party may close the visibility reporting pipeline at any point via written confirmation. Upon termination, territorial exclusivity blocks are immediately uncoupled and returned to the open public registration pool.
